FLEET TRAINING
FLEET DRIVER TRAINING
Incidents are costly on several levels. They cause damage to vehicles and property and can injure the driver or a third party leading to significant claims and potential prosecutions. They affect the ability of the business to operate effectively. There is also organisational and reputational risk to the company when liveried vehicles are seen to be driven poorly. By investing in the people and ensuring that they are equipped to deal with the work that they are being asked to undertake, risks and costs can be reduced.
I am currently working with a national company to assess the suitability of new drivers who will be driving their fleet of goods vehicles. I have also taken part in post-collision training to identify why something went wrong and what support and guidance the individual may need to prevent any recurrence.
